Hey everyone!

Here’s a story!  So one day about a week ago I decided that the time has come in my life where I stop messing around with wimpy point and shoot cameras and upgrade to an slr type camera and finally take AWESOME pictures!  Those who have reached that age will identify with me on this… and besides, who doesn’t want to take awesome pictures!?

So my search began… my search on craigslist that is, and after sifting through many not so promising listings, I found one that was right for me!!  A cannon rebel T2i… not too expensive… but not a piece of junk!  Just right  :)

So I called the guy up and I was like… “IWANTYOURCAMERAREALLYBAD!” and he seemed nice and promised to sell it to me! I said I’ll pick it up on Monday!  I was pumped!

Monday came and I texted the guy!  ”When can I swing by and grab the camera?” I asked.  And the dude said,  ”I actually can’t do it today man… I forgot that I have to do stuff…”  I was pretty bummed!!  but I kept cool and was like, “okay lets try again tomorrow” and he was like  ”okay!”

So I had to wait one more day… no big deal!  Tuesday came and went…. no camera.  And now it’s wednesday night.  I called the guy earlier today and he said “Yeah you can come by after work, I get home at 6:30.”  And I said, “Great! See you then.”  But right as I was about to leave the house (and thank God he didn’t take his merry time in sending this message) he texts me again saying “I have to head out tonight, can we do this tomorrow?”  GAHH!!

So today, I’m still camera-less and it’s been almost a week… but!  I keep telling myself that it will be well worth the wait! I sure hope it is!!

So when you start to see awesome pictures on my tumblr, you’ll know that these craigslist shenanigans are finally over!  :)
